For this project, we were given a set up with a vase, a flower, and some rope. We were told to draw from perspective. I believe that my drawing includes a broad range of values. However, there could have been some lighter and darker values included. I think that the balance of the vase is significant, as well. I also believe that emphasis was put on the vase in this drawing, as it stands out more than the rest of the drawing. I think the proportions of the drawing are pretty good, too. I think the contrast of the background and the surface that the vase is resting on is also good.
