For this photo set, students were to take still-life images that required specific angles, surroundings, etc. I feel that I spent some time choosing my objects. They all have a sentimental meaning to me, in fact, the statue of a girl holding a starfish is actually my late younger sister. She was made into a statue at Isabelle Bloom. For editing, I tried to use a lot of contrast and make the photos appealing to the eye. I am pleased with my background. I think they enhance the objects that I chose well and I did pay attention to what was in the background. I cropped images where they needed to be cropped so that the background would not be too busy. My favorite image is the silhouette because of the fun shadows. I think it looks interesting. My least favorite is the asymmetric photo because I think I should've approached it from a different angle and maybe rearranged it a bit. Something to work on for later photos is to continue to rearrange objects in photos to find which arrangement suits the photo most and to work on my angles again.
